Chicken Cacciatore

  1. Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a bag.
  2. Shake 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in bag to coat.
  3. Melt butter in large skillet; add chicken to brown.
  4. Add onions, pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes longer.
  5. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, red pepper and oregano.
  6. Cook, covered, until tender, about 30 minutes.
  7. Add sherry wine; mix well and bring to boiling point.
  8. Serve with spaghetti.
  9. Yields 4 servings.
