Meatballs In Sour Cream Sauce
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 medium onion, halved and sliced
- 1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz mushroom or brown gravy
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- hot cooked noodles
- In large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, milk, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper.
- Form into 20 meatballs, using a rounded tablespoonful for each.
- In large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle meatballs with paprika.
- Add onion.
- Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes.
