Tasty Thai Shrimp And Sesame Noodles
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Newman's light Italian dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. grated, peeled ginger
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. capellini or angel hair pasta
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
- About 1 1/4 hours before serving, mix shrimp with 1/3 of Newman's dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- With a whisk, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, ginger, crushed red peppers and remaining dressing; set aside.
- After shrimp have marinated for 1 hour, prepare capellini as directed as label directs; drain.
