Pink Lemonade Ice Cream Pie With Variations

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar.
  3. Press crumb mixture into two 9-inch pie plates.
  4. Bake 10 minutes; cool.
  5. Combine Cool Whip, lemonade and ice cream.
  6. Add a few drops of food coloring at this time (if using), mixing well, until you get the desired color.
  7. Mound mixture into pie crusts.
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  9. Variation 1: Use yellow lemonade and yellow food coloring.
  10. Variation 2: Use limeade and green food coloring.
