Lasagna
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 2 pkg. French's spaghetti mix (follow pkg. directions)
- 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles, cook with oil
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp. parsley
- Brown meat with onion.
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Cook noodles, rinse in cold water.
- Combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and parsley, Parmesan cheese.
- In pan, layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mix and Mozzarella cheese and sauce; repeat until gone.
- Bake at 375u0b0 until bubbling through, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
