Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat
  2. oven to 375u0b0.
  3. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely;
  4. set
  5. aside.
  6. Brush
  7. mushroom caps with 7 tablespoons melted butter;
  8. arrange on lightly greased baking pan. In
  9. small bowl
  10. combine remaining ingredients except 1 tablespoon
  11. butter and
  12. 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
  13. Fill each cap with
  14. some
  15. of the mixture.
  16. Combine reserved butter and bread crumbs.
  17. Sprinkle over
  18. stuffed
  19. mushrooms.
  20. Bake for 15 minutes.
  21. Makes 15 to 20 mushroom caps.
  22. A great appetizer!
