Mexican Quiche

  1. Bake unpicked pastry with 2 layers of foil for 5 minutes at 450u0b0.
  2. Remove foil; bake 5 to 7 minutes more (keep warm).
  3. Cook sausage, onions and garlic until meat is done.
  4. Drain.
  5. Stir in chili peppers.
  6. In another saucepan, combine cheese and flour; add cream.
  7. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
  8. Add hot sauce. Blend hot cream mixture into beaten eggs slowly.
  9. Add meat mixture.
  10. Pour into pastry.
  11. Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  12. Let stand.
  13. Serve with picante sauce, sour cream and guacamole.
