Spinach Pie
- 1 pkg. phyllo dough (at room temperature)
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 pkg. Green Giant chopped spinach in butter sauce
- 12 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lb. ham, diced
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
- Mix everything but phyllo and butter in a food processor. Spray an 11 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
- Lay 3 or 4 sheets of phyllo in pan; brush very generously with butter.
- Repeat with 3 or more sheets.
- Spread thin layer of spinach mixture over sheets.
- Repeat until all ingredients have been used, ending with several sheets of dough, buttered as before.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375u0b0 or until golden brown.
- Let cool a little before cutting.
- If any is left over, wrap individual pieces in foil and refrigerate.
- Heat in foil when needed.
- Keeps a week.
