Chicken And Dressing Casserole

  1. Combine margarine, stuffing mix and 1 cup water in bowl tossing lightly until well mixed.
  2. Spoon half the stuffing in greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix chicken, onion, celery, salt and mayonnaise in bowl.
  4. Spread over dressing.
  5. Top with remaining dressing.
  6. Beat eggs and milk together.
  7. Pour over casserole. Chill covered for several hours or overnight.
  8. Let stand 1 hour. Spread soup over top; bake at 325u0b0 for 40 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven until melted.
  10. Yields 6 servings.
