Marinated Shrimp

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Marinate for at least 8 hours in refrigerator.
  3. Serve with toothpicks on a platter, lined with lettuce leaves.
  4. I remove from marinade with a slotted spoon.
  5. If shrimp are small, serve with crackers on the side.
  6. Serves 20+.
  7. A great make-ahead appetizer for a crowd.
