Stuffed Shells
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- large pasta shells
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- large jar of spaghetti sauce
- Brown ground chuck.
- Cool.
- Add egg.
- Add bread crumbs, onions, seasonings and Mozzarella cheese.
- Mix together.
- Cook large pasta shells.
- Stuff shells with ground chuck mixture.
- Put in 8 x 8 or 9 x 13 pan, depending on number of shells needed, after spreading a small amount of spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan.
- Cover shells with remaining sauce.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with additional Mozzarella cheese and bake 10 additional minutes.
