Upside-Down Pizza
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- Brown beef, onion and pepper.
- Drain.
- Add drained, sliced mushrooms, spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce.
- Simmer.
- Spread mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Layer on sour cream and Mozzarella cheese.
- Spread crescent rolls over the top.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
