Easy Spicy White Chicken Chili
- 5 -6 cups chicken broth
- 6 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 30 5/8 ounces northern white beans, drained
- 2 cups salsa verde
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped and diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1 poblano pepper, diced
- garnish with sour cream, more jalapenos, shredded cheese, and green onion
- Heat onion, peppers, and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the onions are transparent.
- Add all the ingredients besides garnish to a medium pot and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce to a simmer, cooking for 5 to 10 minutes at least on simmer.
- Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, and more peppers.
