Easy Spicy White Chicken Chili

  1. Heat onion, peppers, and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the onions are transparent.
  2. Add all the ingredients besides garnish to a medium pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and reduce to a simmer, cooking for 5 to 10 minutes at least on simmer.
  4. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, and more peppers.
