Mexican Layered Dip

  1. Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix separately the sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning.
  3. In a 9 x 13-inch cake pan or 10-inch round serving dish, layer ingredients in the following order:
  4. avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
  5. Top with jalapenos.
  6. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
