Easy Weeknight Lasagna- The Best!
- 1 (16 ounce) box lasagna noodles (Barilla No Boil sheets)
- 3 cups ricotta cheese (depending on how heavy you like it)
- 1 cup shredded parmigiano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce (1 Jar)
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic.
- Add Ground Beef and Italian Seasoning.
- Cook until browned and crumbly.
- add sauce to skillet, mix with beef and continue cooking until combined.
- In a mixing bowl- mix ricotta cheese and parmigiana cheese- set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
- Grease a 9 X 9 Square pan ( or what ever you have).
- spread layer of meat sauce on bottom.
- next layer of Barilla lasagna sheets- single layer.
- next layer meat sauce.
- next layer of ricotta cheese mix.
- sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- repeat until all used up making top layer mozzarella cheese.
- COVER with aluminum foil( do not forget to cover).
- cook for 30 minutes.
- uncover and cook for 10 minutes more until bubbly.
