Chicken Nachos

  1. In medium bowl cream the cream cheese, jalapenos, onion, garlic and chili powder.
  2. Fold in chicken and 1 1/2 cups of Jack cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture on insides of split pita bread.
  4. Put on baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 400u0b0 for 5 to 10 minutes, until very hot.
  6. Cover with remaining cheese (Jack and Cheddar).
  7. Continue baking until cheese is melted.
  8. Cut each pita half into 3 wedges.
  9. Serve with salsa (optional).
  10. Makes about 72 wedges.
