Impossibly Easy Blt Pie

• 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 cup swiss cheese, Shredded
• 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix, Original type
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 cup lettuce, Shredded
• 6 slices tomatoes, sliced thin

1. Heat oven to 400.
2. Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
3. Layer Bacon and Cheese into pie plate.
4. In medium bowl stir Bisquick mix, 1/3 cup of Mayo, the milk, pepper and eggss with whisk until blended.
5. Pour into pie plate.
6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Let stand 5 minutes.
8. Before serving spread 2 TBSP mayo over top of pie.
9. Sprinkle Shredeed lettuce over this layer.
10. Top with the sliced tomatoes.
11. Slice and serve.
