Spaghetti Sauce With Meat

  1. Brown meat lightly in olive or vegetable oil.
  2. Saute onions and bell peppers until somewhat translucent.
  3. Combine meat, onions, peppers and other ingredients, reserving wine and mushrooms until last.
  4. Cook slowly several hours, adjusting seasonings to taste.
  5. Yields 30 cups.
