Cheesy Rotini
- 1/2 lb. rotini, uncooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and broken up
- 1 Tbsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar, divided
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain.
- In a large skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, drain excess fat.
- Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes; remove from heat, stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese and rotini.
- Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
- Bake covered in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
