Cheesy Rotini

  1. Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, drain excess fat.
  3. Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes; remove from heat, stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese and rotini.
  5. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake covered in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!!!!!
