Piccadillo(Pic-A-De-O)
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 2 large green peppers, diced
- 1 medium jar stuffed olives, drained (save the juice)
- 1 small jar capers
- 1/2 pkg. seedless raisins
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 4 full Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 full Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 olive juice from drained olives
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- Combine all seasonings; stir with fork.
- Saute onions and peppers in 2 tablespoons olive oil; set aside.
- Saute meat in 2 tablespoons olive oil; stir in seasonings.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce; stir well.
