  1. Drop noodles into 6 cups rapidly boiling water; heat to rapid boil.

  6. and onion into noodles.
  7. Stir eggs into
  8. sour cream.
  9. Stir
  10. egg
  11. mixture,
  12. ham, salt, pepper and caraway seed, if desired, into noodles.
  13. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly
  14. in
  15. a greased 2-quart casserole.tour noodle mixture into
  16. casserole. Sprinkle
  17. with
  18. paprika.
  19. Bake,
  20. uncovered, until
  21. mixture is set, 40 to 45 minutes.
  22. Serve from casserole ortnmoldtnto
  23. heated platter.

  25. unmold, loosen edge of noodles
  26. around inside rim with knife.
  27. Place inverted platter over
  28. casserole;
  29. invert noodles
  30. onto platter.
  31. Garnish with parsley if desired.
