Pizza(Makes Two Dough Crusts)
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- tomato sauce (8 oz.) per pizza
- 1/8 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepperoni
- hamburger
- mushrooms
- sausage
- onions
- chopped ham
- peppers
- olives
- Mozzarella cheese
- Mix yeast
- and
- water
- together.
- Pour
- into
- flour and salt. Add 2
- more
- cups flour.
- Grease bowl and let sit 1 1/2 to 2 hours until dough doubles in size; punch down and refrigerate for
- 2 hours.
- Mix tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, sugar and salt and
- let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Roll out dough and top with favorite
- toppings.
- Bake
- at
- 425u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
