Honey And Spice Crunch

  1. Pour popcorn into a bowl coated with cooking spray; set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in next 4 ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil, without stirring, 7 minutes or until a candy thermometer reaches 250u0b0.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in cinnamon, soda and vanilla; pour over popcorn, stirring to coat.
  6. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 250u0b0 for 25 minutes or until golden, stirring every 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in dried fruit; cool.
  8. Store in airtight containers.
  9. Yield:
  10. 3 quarts.
