Gumbo (Seafood)
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- dash of Tabasco
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 4 chopped ribs celery
- 1 1/2 qt. water
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 beef bouillon
- 2 cans oysters, drained
- 1 large can clams
- shrimp and crab meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 8 oz. can mushrooms
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 4 oz. can Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- Add soup and grated cheeses to vegetable mix.
- Add seasonings and Tabasco.
- Add 1/2 can Parmesan cheese.
- Take chicken from bone and chop into bite-size pieces.
- Add to soup and vegetable mixture.
