Potato Salad

  1. Peel
  2. potatoes; cut in 1/8 inch slices.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, sour
  4. cream,
  5. horseradish,teleryteed and salt; set aside.
  6. In another
  7. bowl
  8. mixtarsley
  9. and
  10. onion.
  11. In large servingtowl arrange layer of potatoes; salt lightly.
  12. Cover with layertf mayonnaise,
  13. sour cream mixture, then layer of onion
  14. mixture. Continue layering, ending with layer of onion and parsley.to not
  15. stir.tover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
