Fruited Chicken

  1. Mix water, vinegar, molasses,
  2. soy
  3. sauce and pepper in 2-quart casserole.ticrowave on High
  4. for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir after 45 seconds.
  5. Cut
  6. chicken
  7. into strips and place in casserole and cover.
  8. Refrigerate
  9. for
  10. 1
  11. hour.
  12. Add
  13. apples, walnuts and raisins.
  14. Microwave until apples are tender.
  15. Stir in oranges, cover and set
  16. aside.
  17. Mix juice and cornstarch in small mixing bowl.
  18. Microwave until thickened, stirring 3 or 4 times. Pour over chicken and stir.
  19. Serve over rice.
