Fluffy-Fruit 'N Cream Salad

  1. Drain orange sections, reserving syrup.
  2. Add water to syrup to make 3/4 cup liquid.
  3. In saucepan, combine sugar and gelatin.
  4. Add syrup mixture, orange and lemon juice.
  5. Heat until gelatin is dissolved; gradually stir about half of the hot mixture into eggs. Return all to saucepan.
  6. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
  7. Remove from heat; add sour cream and cream cheese.
  8. Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
  9. Chill until partially set.
  10. Fold in orange sections, banana and nuts.
  11. Turn into 5 1/2 cup ring mold.
  12. Chill overnight.
