Triple Chocolate Brownie Pie
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- vanilla ice cream
- Hershey's Chocolate Shoppe topping (for topping)
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Grease an 8-inch pie plate.
- In small mixer bowl, beat eggs.
- Blend in sugar and butter.
- In a separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt.
- Add to egg mixture, beating until blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla.
- Spread batter into prepared pie plate.
- Bake 35 minutes or until set (pie will not test done in center).
- Cool completely.
- Cut into wedges. Serve with ice cream.
- Top with your favorite Hershey's Chocolate Shoppe topping.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
