Chicken Italiano

  1. Mix bread crumbs, walnuts and salt.
  2. Beat eggs and stir in water.
  3. Coat chicken with flour; dip in egg mixture and then in bread crumb mix.
  4. Heat margarine and oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Cook chicken until golden brown (2 to 3 minutes), then place chicken in 13 x 9 x 1-inch baking dish (ungreased).
  6. Pour broth into dish, then sprinkle chicken with cheese.
  7. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spoon onto each chicken breast.
  8. Cook uncovered at 375u0b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
