Bell Pepper Stuffed

  1. Drain mushrooms.
  2. Add milk to mushroom liquid to total of 1/2 cup.
  3. Combine meat, mushroom (sliced), bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and egg.
  4. Remove end and seeds from peppers.
  5. Cut into three 1-inch rings.
  6. Place green peppers in a shallow baking dish and pack meat mixture into pepper rings. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
  7. Combine catsup and grated cheese and spoon over patties.
  8. Continue baking for 10 minutes.
