Seafood Lasagne By Dennis

  1. Heat margarine, in a 3-quart saucepan over low heat, until melted.
  2. Add garlic.
  3. Stir in flour and salt.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in milk and broth.
  7. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  8. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  9. Stir in Mozzarella cheese, onions, basil and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
