Italian Fish Roll-Ups

  1. Divide fish into 4 portions.
  2. Add beans and onion to boiling water.
  3. Cover and cook for 7 minutes or until beans are tender and crisp.
  4. Drain.
  5. Place 1/2 cup of bean and onion mixture in the middle of each fish portion.
  6. Start with the narrow end of fillet and roll.
  7. Place in baking pan with the end of fillet on bottom. Mix tomato sauce, oregano, basil and garlic powder together.
  8. Pour over fish.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
  11. Yields 4 servings.
