Crock Pot Honey Orange Chicken

  1. Place frozen thighs in the crock pot.
  2. Whisk remaining ingredients except broccoli, cornstarch, water and rice together and pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
  4. If using broccoli, add to crock pot 1 hour before chicken is done.
  5. Before serving, remove chicken and broccoli to serving dish and keep warm.
  6. Turn crock pot on high.
  7. Stir cornstarch into water and add to crock pot.
  8. Stir occasionally until it thickens and bubbles.
  9. Serve over the cooked rice.
