Italian Pasta Bake
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 pkg. Medley macaroni
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped (1/3 to 1/2 c.)
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 to 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 can mushrooms
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Brown ground beef (with seasonings) in skillet.
- Add onion and green pepper to meat when lightly browned. Cook meat until done.
- Drain.
- Cook macaroni as package directs and drain.
- Mix Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses and halve.
