Chicken Parmesan

  1. Flatten chicken with meat mallet to 1/4-inch thickness. Flour breasts,

  3. dip

  5. egg, then bread crumbs.
  6. Cook chicken in
  7. oil on medium-high heat until well browned on both sides; be sure

  11. Pour spaghetti sauce into baking dish and
  12. place chicken on sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
  13. (Dish can be prepared one day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.) Bake
