Garden Lite Spaghetti(Low Calorie)

  1. In a large saucepan, cook onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and thyme.
  3. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in cheese. Cook and stir until melted.
  5. Add broccoli, carrots and mushrooms. Heat through.
  6. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
  7. Makes 6 servings, approximately 260 calories per serving.
