Pudding Delight
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- chocolate shavings
- pecans (optional)
- Mix flour, brown sugar and oleo in 8 x 10-inch pan.
- Pecans may be added.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for about 20 minutes, stirring about 3 times.
- Press down in bottom of pan.
- Allow to cool.
- Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese and 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
- Spread on crust.
- Mix instant chocolate pudding with 1 3/4 cups milk. Spread over first layer.
- Mix instant vanilla pudding with 1 3/4 cups milk.
- Spread over chocolate pudding.
- Top with 8 ounce container of Cool Whip and chocolate shavings.
