Meatless Lasagna

  1. Prepare lasagna according to package directions; drain.
  2. In large saucepan, melt margarine.
  3. Add onion and celery; cook until tender.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, basil, sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.
