Sausage Soup

  1. Brown sausage in soup pot; remove and set aside.
  2. Saute onion, celery and garlic in a little of the fat from sausage until vegetables become soft.
  3. Add all the other ingredients except noodles and beans (including sausage) and simmer 30 minutes.
  4. Add noodles and beans.
  5. Cook until noodles are soft, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with a loaf of French bread.
