Peanut Butter-Banana Pudding

  1. Combine first three ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Add eggs and milk, mixing well.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 25 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  5. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter between 2 vanilla wafers, forming a sandwich.
  6. Repeat procedure with remaining peanut butter and vanilla wafers.
