No Bake Banana Split Cake
- 2 1/4 c. graham crackers
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick softened margarine
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- lemon juice
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 large (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
- chopped nuts
- maraschino cherries
- 4 sliced bananas
- Combine crumbs, 1 1/2 sticks margarine and sugar.
- Pack in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 8 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Beat eggs, 1 stick margarine and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Spread over crumb mixture.
- Add layer of sliced bananas, sprinkled with lemon juice.
- Add layer of crushed pineapple.
- Top with Cool Whip, sprinkled with chopped nuts and cherries.
- Cool in refrigerator for at least 12 hours or can be frozen.
