Robert Redford Torte
- 2/3 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- chopped nuts
- Mix the 2/3 cup chopped nuts, flour and melted margarine until crumbly.
- Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Cream the cream cheese.
- Add the powdered sugar and peanut butter; cream until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip; spread on first layer.
- Mix the pudding mixes with the milk; spread over second layer.
- Spread the Cool Whip on third layer. Garnish with chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate.
