Yogurt Yeast Rolls

  1. Mix oil, sugar and yogurt.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in yogurt mixture.
  6. Beat 2 cups of flour.
  7. Then add more flour until beaters are heavy.
  8. Take beaters out and continue to add flour and stir with fork until dough can be handled.
  9. Knead until smooth and shiny.
  10. Divide dough into 2 parts.
  11. Spray inside plastic storage bags.
  12. Put dough in refrigerator for 8 hours or longer.
  13. Punch down and make into rolls or can make crescent rolls.
  14. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
  15. Has 66 calories per roll.
