Barbecued Duck Breasts

  1. Dissolve soda and salt in bowl of water.
  2. Soak duck breasts in this water 3 hours.
  3. Remove, pat dry, and place in shallow pan. Combine next 5 ingredients in plastic bag.
  4. Add duck breasts, close bag and marinate at least 1
  5. 1/2 hours (or overnight in refrigerator).
  6. Remove breasts form marinade.
  7. Wrap each in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  8. Cook on grill for about 5 minutes on each side, basting with marinade.
  9. Serves 4.
