Turkey Buffet Casserole

  1. Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender; drain. Dice broccoli stems but leave flowerets whole.
  2. Meanwhile, in saucepan over low heat, melt butter; stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and milk.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  5. In greased casserole or 8-inch baking dish, arrange noodles, broccoli stems and turkey.
  6. Pour cheese sauce over all.
  7. Arrange broccoli flowerets on top; sprinkle on almonds.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
