Sweet And Sour Ribs

  1. Put ribs in baking pan and brown in a 425u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain fat.
  2. Combine all ingredients for sauce.
  3. Cook over medium heat until smooth and glossy and is thick.
  4. Spoon 1/2 of the sauce over the ribs.
  5. Reduce heat to 350u0b0 and continue cooking for 25 minutes.
  6. Turn ribs over and cover with remaining sauce; cook for another 25 to 30 minutes.
