Turkey-Vegetable Pie
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Cook vegetables according to directions; drain.
- Melt margarine in a 2-quart pan.
- Add to margarine the onions, celery and thyme leaves.
- (Thyme leaves must be crushed.)
- Stir until onion is tender.
- Add soups and milk; stir until smooth.
