German Spinat-Kasetortchen(Spinach And Cheese Pie)

  1. Stir flour and salt into a large bowl; cut in butter until mixture is fine crumbs.
  2. Then add water, a little at a time, until dough is moist enough to form a soft ball.
  3. Chill.
  4. Roll out dough; place in a 12-inch quiche pan.
  5. Prick with a fork.
  6. Line with foil and fill with dry beans to hold dough in place.
  7. Bake at 425u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to 325u0b0.
  9. Remove beans and foil. Return crust to oven.
  10. Bake until golden brown.
  11. Cool.
