Barbecued Bologna

  1. Cook onion in butter in saucepan until tender; add chili sauce,
  2. vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, celery salt and
  3. mustard.
  4. Cook

  6. until thick.
  7. Cut bread into 13 crosswise
  8. slices,tlmostthrough
  9. to
  10. bottom crust; place on large
  11. piece of aluminum foil on cookie sheet.
  12. Spread 1 tablespoon chili sauce mixture
  13. intach cut.
  14. Turn loaf of bread on the side.
  15. Insert 1
  16. folded
  17. slice
  18. of
  19. bolognatnto each cut, folded edge to thetutside.
  20. Loaf bends into round crown shape as it is
  21. filled.
  22. Spread
  23. remaining
  24. chili
  25. sauce mixture over loaf; sprinkle with grated cheese.
  26. Cup foil around lower part of foil to form
  27. container.
  28. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  29. Lift crown to serving
  30. plate.
  31. Snip
  32. slices
  33. apart
  34. with scissors to serve. Yield: 6 to 12 servings.
