Deli Salad
- 1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans
- 1 (1 lb.) can cut yellow beans
- 1 (1 lb.) can green lima beans
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped pimento
- 1/2 c. Heinz wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
- Drain and combine
- thetreen beans, yellow beans, lima beans, green pepper, onion
- and pimento in a large glass bowl. Combine vinegar and
- remaining
- ingredients
- in
- jar.
- Cover; shake vigorously.
- Pour dressing over bean mixture; toss well. Cover. Let it
- marinate
- overnight in the refrigerator before serving. Stir occasionally.takes about 8 cups.
